HOW MOMS, INC. IS DIFFERENT     BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP     HOW IT ALL BEGAN     DIRECT SALES POLICY

Well, in short, it's for Moms.  Kids are welcome at meetings, and many people do bring their babies or preschoolers.  Meetings are casual - we do not dress up - it's a time to relax over a cup of coffee!  Annual dues are minimal and meetings are free.  Our group is run on a not-for-profit basis.  It is not mandatory to volunteer for a position but we have found it is a great way to build relationships!  We are also unique in that we do not limit membership to one member of a direct sales company. We find that in the spirit of friendship, rather than competition, there is enough business for all.

Since Moms, Inc. is not a "leads" or traditional networking group, it does not limit the number of members who belong to one direct sales company.  In Moms, Inc. the emphasis is on friendship and support in all aspects of our lives rather than competition for business.  In this spirit, we hope that members who happen to be in the same direct sales company will be able to co-exist, and that there will be enough business for everyone. In the cases where Moms, Inc. is sponsoring an Expo or trade show at which only on representative is allowed, the current senior member will be given first choice and two weeks to decide before it is offered to the second senior member.  The next time an Expo is offered, the second senior member will have first choice, and so on.
